Good way to clean India!

I was touched by this advertisement of Swachh Bharat Abhiyaan. And yes, a good way to let those understand who litter. Start clapping with slight smile whenever you see someone littering! The person himself will feel shameful. That is the best way one can think of to encourage people not to litter around.
